A Wellness Centre: Designed for Care and Dignity
Serenity Empress Wellness Centre is a project built on renewal, respect, and partnership. We are honoured to be revitalizing the former hospital in the Village of Empress and transforming it into a state‑of‑the‑art wellness centre designed to support individuals who need care, stability, and a quality place to rebuild their lives.
The project includes the construction of over 30,000 sq. ft. of new building space, along with the redevelopment of the former hospital to meet the needs of the individuals we will serve. Once operational, Serenity Empress will be home to approximately 80–100 individuals who require assistance with daily living.

Daily living support
Assistance with routines, personal wellbeing, and day-to-day stability in a respectful residential setting.
Disability health support
Compassionate support for individuals living with mental health challenges and working toward wellness.
Life-skills development
Programs that help residents build confidence, independence, and practical everyday skills.
Meals and wellbeing
Fresh, home-cooked meals and wellbeing-focused activities that support healthy daily living.
Quality community living
A structured environment with spaces that encourage connection, creativity, and personal growth.
